I love this creative activity, where we used mind-mapping to do words association and we created our very own version of lion. I am able to create interesting visuals. This method helps me to generate ideas more easily and effortlessly.
All of our lions have a message to share. For mine is "Walk with Style and be Confident. Bring out the Best in You!"

I met Kenny before COVID-19 and he assisted me to build my career roadmap so as to stay agile for current and new roles.
In the process I upgrade my professional qualifications in Leadership, Digital Transformation and Design Thinking and that enable my career transition from front end Retail operation (Retail Hours) to a management role (office hours) in E-commerce and CRM.
The IBM Entreprise Design Thinking (EDT) course was recommended to me by Mr Kenny Nai, an Expert Course Consultant from SG Learn x Credentials. He has a Golden Heart to help, recommend and match others with relevant courses to achieve better prospects in life with upskilling.IBM EDT is such a course recommended by him which benefitted me greatly as a Practitioner, as well as a Co-Creator. The course is User-Centered Design. Its principles are relevant in many aspects of life. It calls for a Focus on User outcomes, Diverse Empowered Team, and a Spirit of Restless Reinvention. It is designed for real targeted users rather than imagined needs.My biggest take away from the IBM EDT course is the Restless Reinvention Loop ♾️ (Infinity) which seeks to understand users' needs, envision a better future for them with continuous loop of Observing, Reflecting and Making. It puts raw ideas in-place, be creative, find solutions, and observe with keen insight. It keeps Life and the World going. The Restless Reinvention Loop removed my fear of failures and failed projects. It speaks of no end to learning and fearless reinventing. The concept is, there is always room for improvement and inventions to address users' pain-points.Prototype is an activity which I picked up during the course. The team members brainstormed and contributed new, sometimes absurd, or 'think out of the box" ideas. All raw ideas were listed down for discussion and consideration without fear of being discriminated, penalized or criticized. It allowed free discussion with unbiased views heard leading to practical ideas with better outcomes. We started off with baby steps using inexpensive materials to create prototypes and make ideas tangible. Once formalized, we streamlined them.At work, I have students ranged from pre-schoolers to adult learners. Pre-schoolers' vocabulary can be limited, and they are not able to articulate nor express their needs adequately. Thus, I applied IBM EDT through observing and internalizing their thought patterns. I dived into their little world for pain-points. It resulted in me creating interactive teaching materials to aid them. I gathered feedback not from their writings on paper, but from responses, interests and level of participation during class using my prototypes.Without fail, my young students would ask for more of my prototype materials to play with. Their encouraging comments were, "It's cool!", "I want to play them!", "You are my first teacher to use such interesting materials to aid my understanding. I like you and your teaching materials!" It soon became obvious that my prototype teaching materials worked and I found myself creating more varied and interesting interactive materials to help them. My prototypes morphed into sustainable teaching materials that made my teaching fuss free and happy. Slogan for my teaching session is "More Play, More Hands-on, Less Talk".IBM Entreprise Design Thinking course is superb! Whenever needs arise, I put on my IBM EDT thinking cap humming, "No end to Learning, No end to Inventing and fearless Reinventing!"Big thanks to IBM Enterprise Design Thinking course that brought out the best in me and gave my pupils its benefits.

Attended a sharing session led by Trainer Kenny. Kenny's passion and enthusiasm during the presentation were evident, making the session engaging and informative. The meeting room environment was also pleasant, contributing to a positive learning experience.One of the strengths of the session was Kenny's ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner, catering to participants from diverse backgrounds. His genuine interest in helping individuals navigate career transitions was palpable and greatly appreciated.However, while the presentation was engaging, there were moments where the pacing felt rushed, potentially leaving some participants feeling overwhelmed. However i can understand this due to essence of time.Overall, the session provided valuable insights into skills upgrading opportunities, thanks to Kenny's passionate delivery and the conducive meeting room environment. Would highly recommend those who are thinking of making a career switch or pursuing some side hobbies to come down and find out more about what they can offer
It has been a eye-opening and enriching IBM Design Thinking course for all of us. I find the course materials and practical sessions and role play are especially useful and enhanced our learning to better understand the scenerio. Thank you Kenny for promotion for this course to prepare us for another level of management thinking process and using the correct way to process the decision -making simpler and evidently stronger to support our response at corporate world and even our daily handling in our decision making processes.
